Students, Who is best suited to help you?
Both Parents and Society invest heavily in the Primary Education System to provide Adolescents a free K-12 Education system to help them gain the basic knowledge and skill they need in adult life. You can argue if the system is successful or not. You can argue if the system is an education system or an educator jobs program. Regardless, you need to concede that there is a desire to have a system. Who is best suited to prepare students with the knowledge for adult life and or a secondary college education? (Helping Students master the course material). Of all of the possible candidates, how can students motivate potential helpers to provide the maximum assistance.
Possible helpers include in part Teachers, Parents, Tutors, and Fellow Students. The maximum support is likely to be received from those around us the most every day.
Teachers may see you only one period hour per day. In that one hour, you may have to compete with 20 to 30 other students for direct help. Even if you receive all of the attention, it maxes out as a single period hour.
Tutors, similar to Teachers have limited time. They can only focus on a few students who need help and are likely to benefit from the help.
Fellow students are an option but similarly the help in a particular sublect is limited to that subject class, free study periods, and lunch period.
Parents are most likely to be motivated to help but their time is also limited. If a parent works, their time is limited to from after dinner to bed time which could be as few as 2 to 3 hours per day. Unless you are an only child, you may be competing for that time with your siblings.
In order to maximize the help from each, your best bet may be to have enthusiasm for learning and to be appreciative for help. If you present as someone who stands out as a good investment of their time and someone who would appreciate both the help and helper, it could motivate potential helpers to work harder and longer for yor benefit.
There is still another best suited to help you. That someone is the someone most around you every day. That someone is you. You are around you every waking hour of your life. You have the most time. With some guidance from Teachers, Parents, and others, You are most suited to help you. If you can convince yourself of the value in school, you will be more motivated to work harder. Similarly to atheletics and sports, the desire to win motivates atheletes to practice and train. The desire to win at life can motivate you to study harder and learn more.
Make Education your sport. This sport of education is available for all to participate. In this sport you are not training a body but training your brain. All participants are on an equal footing regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, body type, or social status. All are equal since we are all equal in the waking time available every day. It only depends on how we choose to use our time. You are not guaranteed to be the smartest but if you have the grit to work hard, you can maximize how far you could otherwise go. You can reach and or maximize your potential. When you strive for excellence and try to be better every day, you generally go further than a naturally intelligent lazy person. Effort matters. Desire and effort coupled with application over time is a great equalizer.
If the Teacher ia giving out A's, you can work hard and get one. If you ever wonder why you, ask why not you.
I'm going to step back a bit from burdening everyone with my long winded posts. My focus was to promote that all humans are created equal with an equal amount of time in each day. I wanted to be one more voice that with hard work and skill training each individual can meet their potential. The hardness of the path is what gives the achievement its value. Serve others more than you demand others to serve you. Social assistance and social promotion is more likely to hurt you by reducing your need for skill acquisition. That's basically it. Because of believing these truths that should be self evident, @dunnkruger naturally aligns more with conservatives. These are not only conservative principles, they are available to all. It pains me to see people have been convinced that they are disadvantaged and are waiting to be lifted up. I fear that they will wait so long that they will never advance to their fullest distance. It is never too late to start. Please start now.
IMHO the dirty little ...
@dunnkruger was looking for secular comment on "serve your fellow man". But most were Biblical
Think about the result of serving others first VS waiting for others to serve you before reciprocating.
If everyone insist on being served before reciprocating, then everyone is just waiting and nobody recieves anything
If everyone serves initially, there is a pretty good chance that everyone will receive something from one or more.
Maybe this is why your may come at the end of the week. Maybe this is why the tip comes at the end of the me.

If
work = service to your fellow man
$ = reward for service to your fellow man
$ = work storage = service storage
$ = reward to others who serve you
Net service storage = wealth
Net service demand = debt
Therefore
It is better to serve others than demand service from others.
It is better to give than to receive.
