I'm going to step back a bit from burdening everyone with my long winded posts. My focus was to promote that all humans are created equal with an equal amount of time in each day. I wanted to be one more voice that with hard work and skill training each individual can meet their potential. The hardness of the path is what gives the achievement its value. Serve others more than you demand others to serve you. Social assistance and social promotion is more likely to hurt you by reducing your need for skill acquisition. That's basically it. Because of believing these truths that should be self evident, @dunnkruger naturally aligns more with conservatives. These are not only conservative principles, they are available to all. It pains me to see people have been convinced that they are disadvantaged and are waiting to be lifted up. I fear that they will wait so long that they will never advance to their fullest distance. It is never too late to start. Please start now.
IMHO the dirty little secret is that one that makes you feel lesser than is possibly psyching you out pre game and making their path to victory much easier at your expense. I encourage you to work hard, learn all that you can, be a little bit better every day, treat others better than you expect to be treated. Intentionally take the harder narrower path. When you help, help others gain knowledge and skills. Giving the hard earned fruits of your labor in the form of money will only rob others of self sufficiency.
It may seem obtuse. It may seem hard hearted. Yet, @DunnKruger believes that is the only true path to help people not need you as you will not always be here to help them. They need self sufficiency so that they may go beyond you and help another that come after you. And the circle continues. That's just the way it is.
The Texas Stock Exchange opens 2026.
Word to NYC property owners .... Sell Now.
Conservatives, consider selling your property in NYC and prepare to leave town. Mamdani is going to win. Don't oppose him. The next NYC mayor is going to take the blame for the fall of the city. The NYC financial industry and stock market (un like Zach Mayo ) no longer have nowhere else to go.
Currently individual tax rates are 3.876% NYC (city) and 10.9% NYS (state) = 14.776% combined rate to live in the city. Mamdani proposes to only increase taxes 2%. The 2% increase is a 51% Increase of the city tax and equals a 15% increase of the combined rate of 14.775%. The new combined rate is 16.776%. What if you could move to Texas where there is no state income tax and you could reduce your income tax by almost 17%, would you do it ? It's kind of like getting a 17% raise.
Similarly, corporations in NY pay 8.75% NYC +7.25% NYS =16% combined. Mamdani is raising corp city tax
From 8.75% to 11.5% (30% increase). This raises the corporate combined...
There is much in the news over China controlling the Rare Earth Element market. Chhiinna has the largest reserves, likely because Chhiinna has a large land area. China refines or extracts around 75% of the worlds Rare Earth Elements. So where and how can the US mine and extract REE's? Articles attached suggest that the US can obtain REE's from sources that have been shunned in the green energy movement. Two sources are coal byproducts and urban mining.
Coal ash is a byproduct in the flue gas of a coal fired electricity generation plant. This is ash or soot that is in the flue gas and solids left in the furnace after burning coal. This ash has generally been considered a useless and hazardous waste that has been burried on site or recycled and encapsulated as an additive to concrete to reduce cement required for producing concrete. This ash also contains REE's. Ask stockpiles at generation plants can be mined and used for REE extraction. Rather than sell coal to China, maybe the USA should start ...

The After Party with Emily Jashinsky...
I have posted before that afterparty is well worth watching as it provides both political commentary and a vibe on youth culture. Emily is available on you tube on video and Spotify on audio. She is live twice per week , I think Monday and Wednesday at 10 PM. Yes, that conflicts with Gutfeld but there is always watch it later. Maybe @GregGutfeld should try to get her on his show and embrace the competition or as if she would let him be on The Afterparty. It has an adult beverage, organic, Red Eye vibe. She definitly passes the Penn Jillette test (I think). She seems to have guests of a multi political spectrum. I think that if I watch enough , I may find that if I know of her take on three topics, that one will not agree and thus a host of complexity that may be able to challenge your thoughts and someone to learn from. This is my hope. I think that I'm right on this one. We will see.
