Choose Life #4
OR
Reasons to use your abortion rights to see it as a life and choose life:
Having children makes your life better because it makes you look beyond your immediate existence and work for your future. It forces you to look beyond your time on this earth. Similarly to a Christian faith, having children makes you ponder, plan, and live a life for your future. As a Christian, you are working for and living for an eternal life in heaven after death. Having children forces you to live for your children and your lineage to live on earth after your death. Living a life with both faith and children doubly reinforces a live for the future / eternity mentality. Living for your future is the path to success and prosperity. Living for your future self forces you to look beyond satisfying your immediate knee jerk urges. Living for the future forces you to deny your self small immediate gratifications now in order to store work ($=WORK Storage) for your future use. When you build wealth, it takes time and is somewhat incremental. Like Bob Wiley, its a life of baby stepping. Gaining skills takes effort and time. Like saving money with compound interest, the acquisition of skills kind of snowballs. When you build skills upon skills, you raise your value in a compound way. When you live just for and in the moment, you are cheating your future self. When you only work just hard enough to satisfy your immediate wants, you have no margin for future needs. You have no emergency fund. You remain perpetually at the bottom.
There are only so many hours you can work in a year for a normal 40 hr work week there are 2080 hours in a year. Let's call it 2000 hrs. Given that your annual gross income is 2x your hourly rate in thousands. So $15/hr is 30K per year. Even if you work 12 hrs per day, you max out at 3000 hrs per year and $45k. That is a hard existence. Making your life hard to gain skills to better serve your fellow man makes every hour of your service more valuable.
I'm going to step back a bit from burdening everyone with my long winded posts. My focus was to promote that all humans are created equal with an equal amount of time in each day. I wanted to be one more voice that with hard work and skill training each individual can meet their potential. The hardness of the path is what gives the achievement its value. Serve others more than you demand others to serve you. Social assistance and social promotion is more likely to hurt you by reducing your need for skill acquisition. That's basically it. Because of believing these truths that should be self evident, @dunnkruger naturally aligns more with conservatives. These are not only conservative principles, they are available to all. It pains me to see people have been convinced that they are disadvantaged and are waiting to be lifted up. I fear that they will wait so long that they will never advance to their fullest distance. It is never too late to start. Please start now.
IMHO the dirty little ...
@dunnkruger was looking for secular comment on "serve your fellow man". But most were Biblical
Think about the result of serving others first VS waiting for others to serve you before reciprocating.
If everyone insist on being served before reciprocating, then everyone is just waiting and nobody recieves anything
If everyone serves initially, there is a pretty good chance that everyone will receive something from one or more.
Maybe this is why your may come at the end of the week. Maybe this is why the tip comes at the end of the me.

If
work = service to your fellow man
$ = reward for service to your fellow man
$ = work storage = service storage
$ = reward to others who serve you
Net service storage = wealth
Net service demand = debt
Therefore
It is better to serve others than demand service from others.
It is better to give than to receive.
