Mass Deportation of Illegal Imigrants is good for satisfying the base but it seems to Me to be overall bad for the economic and political near future.
I thought that Trumps campaign strategy of promising mass deportation was just talk. It looks like he's really going to try to do it. I hope that Trump has special knowledge and a well thought out plan. I just don't see it. Per data on bureau of labor and statistics www.bls.gov
There are:
163 M Americans Employed
7M. (4.1%) Unemployed
(163+7= 170M total)
2M Not Looking for Work
92 M On Social Security
This is the best I can do right now for numbers. I hope they are close.
It looks like we need more people working to both support retirees and to work in the better than you've ever imagined Trump Economy. I truly think it will be good. Where are we going to find these workers? Encouraging Americans to stop aborting and offering massive subsidies to procreate and raise children is one option but it is an 18 year lead time to get them into the work force. No tax on tips, overtime and SSI is an option to encourage americans to work more hours has merit. (If you just work 50hrs vs 40hrs, thats a 25% raise) Extracting extra work out of retirees over 65 who have already worked 40+ years is really not likely to be that effective.
Prior to the Biden Administration Open Border Policy, Illegal imigration was about 1M per year which basically offset the number of abortions per year.
The most likely source of new workers over the next 4 years is immigration. I totally understand that legal and regulated immigration is preferred over illegal ungregulated immigration. Does this mean that we deport and then reimport immigrants? That seems somewhat inefficient.
I have previously argued that anyone who would sell their belongings and run the gauntlet to sneek into the country have walked a long hard path and are already conservatives and will be good republicans.
I would prefer that Trump focus initially on deporting the criminals, drug dealers, and terrorists. They should definitely be the first to go. I argued that he should let those young workers with families stay. I have also argued that to the extent that they are Catholic, OG Christians, they may actually help restore faith in the country.
All that having been said, I didn't run for president and win. While I have doubts, I will try to trust that DJT has a good plan. I just hope there is a plan and everything will be greater than I ever imagined.

I'm going to step back a bit from burdening everyone with my long winded posts. My focus was to promote that all humans are created equal with an equal amount of time in each day. I wanted to be one more voice that with hard work and skill training each individual can meet their potential. The hardness of the path is what gives the achievement its value. Serve others more than you demand others to serve you. Social assistance and social promotion is more likely to hurt you by reducing your need for skill acquisition. That's basically it. Because of believing these truths that should be self evident, @dunnkruger naturally aligns more with conservatives. These are not only conservative principles, they are available to all. It pains me to see people have been convinced that they are disadvantaged and are waiting to be lifted up. I fear that they will wait so long that they will never advance to their fullest distance. It is never too late to start. Please start now.
IMHO the dirty little ...
@dunnkruger was looking for secular comment on "serve your fellow man". But most were Biblical
Think about the result of serving others first VS waiting for others to serve you before reciprocating.
If everyone insist on being served before reciprocating, then everyone is just waiting and nobody recieves anything
If everyone serves initially, there is a pretty good chance that everyone will receive something from one or more.
Maybe this is why your may come at the end of the week. Maybe this is why the tip comes at the end of the me.
www.churchofjesuschrist.org/comeuntochrist/believe/bible/bible-verses-about-helping-others
If
work = service to your fellow man
$ = reward for service to your fellow man
$ = work storage = service storage
$ = reward to others who serve you
Net service storage = wealth
Net service demand = debt
Therefore
It is better to serve others than demand service from others.
It is better to give than to receive.
