260 people have been killed this year in Chicago to date as reported on Fox and Friends this morning. If this is from Jan 1st to Sept 1st that's 244 +/-days or 1.066 killed per day. That's less than I thought it would be but still pretty bad. This extrapolates to about 390 people killed per year. Murders in 2024 were about 573 which was reportedly the first year that the murder count was below 600 since 2019. So the average murder rate in Chicago was likely over 600 / year under the previous administration. Now, without physical intervention by the Trump administration, the rate is slated to be reduced from 573 to 390, a savings of 183 individuals without Trumps physical intervention. Is it possible that just the change from defund the police party to a pro police law and order administration has lead to a decrease in crime in chicago? Is it just the threat of punishment from a new sheriff in town that has lead to self regulation? I can tell you that the threat of "wait till your father gets home" is an effective deterrent.
Unless Chicago can point to another reason for this reduction, maybe the best strategy is to send the guard, elect republicans, and have disciplinary fathers in the home that can deter bad behavior before it happens. Is it just that the threat of punishment and actual punishment for bad behavior is the key? ..........Back in the day, ass whoopins and the threat of ass whoopins got the job done. @greggutfeld , Could it be that simple?
The latest democrat strategy is to assert that REPUBLICAN POLICIES ARE CAUSING INFLATION IN THE PRICE OF BEER.
This is dumb because the consumption of alcohol is decreasing in the country particularly with the youth. This may be due to young adults switching to weed and other mood altering substances.
Per Fox and Friends reporting, the ad is misleading as the ad is tying the increase back to 2022 in the Biden admin. This is likely attributed to Dem policies and Dem inflation.
Republicans should have a website that shows the price change of the same products from 2022 to begin of the Trump 47 administration vs the change from begin of the Trump 47 admin to now.
My best guess is that with beer consumption decreasing that the remaining consumption is moving toward older consumers who are moving toward more upscale higher priced premium brands.
This is so stupid because dems are trying to reach the youth on inflation of a product that they are not consuming.

Trump should rally in Chicago and take the Guard etc for event security. The message should be the success in DC and his heart felt care for the safety of all Americans and Chicago can have it if the governor would make the call to request them. "IF HE CALLS ME THE GUARD WILL COME"
[ instead of "field of dreams" it's kind of a "city of dreams" vibe ..."better than you ever imagined"]
(Bear with me if you can read to the end)
Here is some Chicago murder rate data
(See receipt link below)
It appears that murder rates were higher under the Biden administration. Trump called to deploy the National Guard in 2017 but did not as far as I recall. Crime declined during the Trump 45 years then spiked during covid and spiked preceeding the Biden years. Murders remained high during Biden and declined during the pre Trump 47 election year. Murder rates are lower this year and are on schedule to be lower than the late Obama years. Murder rates however are still too high. Trump is again calling for National Guard deployment.

The After Party with Emily Jashinsky...
I have posted before that afterparty is well worth watching as it provides both political commentary and a vibe on youth culture. Emily is available on you tube on video and Spotify on audio. She is live twice per week , I think Monday and Wednesday at 10 PM. Yes, that conflicts with Gutfeld but there is always watch it later. Maybe @GregGutfeld should try to get her on his show and embrace the competition or as if she would let him be on The Afterparty. It has an adult beverage, organic, Red Eye vibe. She definitly passes the Penn Jillette test (I think). She seems to have guests of a multi political spectrum. I think that if I watch enough , I may find that if I know of her take on three topics, that one will not agree and thus a host of complexity that may be able to challenge your thoughts and someone to learn from. This is my hope. I think that I'm right on this one. We will see.
